When Flash4 came out (with its drag capability) I assumed people would quickly cotton on to how easy it would be do create a draggable scrollbar. However, a minor part of an argument on Flashpad (regarding FlashChallenge) revealed that apparently even the guys at wddg hadn't worked it out.
I've started a tutorial but haven't had time to finish it yet. In the meantime, here's a .fla file in .zip form.
